Dipleo is a job-searching platform that aims to disrupt the hiring process in Latin America. They use a standard CV format and online interviews to parametrize the candidate’s variables and with the help of AI they create an algorithm that matches companies with the best candidates for that specific role.

The challenge with Dipleo was to have an initial experience that captivated both candidates and employers to join, and to have a seamless interaction between both types of users, once they logged in.
A standardized CV allows for the WebApp’s algorithm to easily quantify a candidate’s technical skills, making the pre-selection process easier for recruiters. This in return had an impact on the employer’s side when posting a job offering: with quantifiable requirements and how much each weighs.
On the candidates side, it is extremely easy to keep track of the status of your applications, in your application dashboard you can access all your applications sent, what part of the progress are you on, as well as any feedback or messages you may have received.
On the employers side, you can personalize each job posting to guarantee a better match. By watching the pre-recorded interview questions on the candidates’ profiles you can assess some of their soft skills before an initial interview, which you can also schedule through the WebApp.
