Playgarden Prep is a Montessori based preschool located in NYC who strive to bring a comprehensive education in the early stages that provides the foundation for all future learning. They used to have two separate brands and websites: one for their playground membership and services, and another one for their preschool program. This, combined with having two locations and an online program, became highly inefficient and confusing for their customers, and they were looking for a better solution.

The challenge: Create a single experience that is able to communicate their values and identity as a single brand, explaining clearly all their different programs within their different locations and support applications to the preschool program.

Roles: UX/UI Designer & Project Manager

We focused on telling the story on the homepage, what differentiates Playgarden Prep from other preschools and explain everything in a nutshell, with CTAs to keep on exploring the rest of the site.

After much thought and multiple solutions explored, we decided to segment the services and programs by segmenting into the two locations and created the pages accordingly for each, with CTAs allowing to apply to the different programs offered on each.

We also implemented a parent’s portal so preschool parents can easily access photos, weekly songs and events calendar.
